Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zodiac Life mobile application and related services (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “App”). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. See our Child Safety Standards.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details and device secure, and for everything done under your account.
• You agree to give accurate profile and birth details. Readings are only as accurate as the details you provide.

2. Nature of the Services

The App provides Vedic astrology content and services: daily readings, horoscope subscriptions, birth-chart (jathakam, grahanila) and matching (porutham) reports, muhurtham and vasthu readings, astrologer consultations by chat and call, and the booking of poojas, homams and temple rituals.

Some reports are generated with the help of automated systems from the chart computed for your birth details, and are marked as such in the App.

3. Consultations & Bookings

• A consultation request is confirmed only when an astrologer accepts it. Until then it is pending and may be declined; a declined paid booking is refunded in full.
• Pooja, homam and temple bookings are carried out on the scheduled date by the temple or priest concerned. We act as the booking channel and will keep you informed through the App.
• Please treat astrologers and support staff with respect. Abusive or unlawful conduct may lead to suspension of your account.

4. Payments, Fees & Refunds

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. The amount charged is the listed price plus applicable GST and a platform fee, all of which are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store your full card details.
• Subscriptions run for the period shown at purchase and do not renew automatically unless the App says so at the time.
• A report or consultation that has been delivered is not refundable. If a paid service could not be delivered — a declined booking, a report that failed to generate — the payment is refunded to the original method. Write to us for anything else and we will look at it case by case.

5. Shop Orders

Physical items ordered through the App are delivered to the address you give. Ownership passes on delivery. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can replace or refund them.

6. Your Content

You keep ownership of the messages, photos, voice notes and documents you share in the App. You give us the right to store and process them to provide the service you asked for, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not share content that is unlawful, abusive, or that you have no right to share.

7. Our Content

The App, its design, text, artwork, calculations and reports are ours or our licensors’. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial use only. Do not copy, resell or redistribute reports or consultation content.

8. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the App available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features, and we may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; see what happens to your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of astrological content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
