You can request deletion of your Zodiac Life account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.

App: Zodiac Life (package com.astro.kerala)

Delete from inside the App

The fastest way — your account is deleted immediately, no email needed:

Open Zodiac Life and sign in.
Go to Settings & Account (the profile tab).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Request deletion by email instead:

Send an email to support@zodiaclife.org from the email address registered with your account.
Use the subject line “Delete My Zodiac Life Account”.
Include the phone number or email linked to your account so we can verify your identity.

Request Account Deletion

What gets deleted

Once your identity is verified, we permanently delete:

Your profile (name, phone, email, gender, avatar).
Your astrology details (date, time, and place of birth; zodiac sign).
Your consultation history, messages, voice recordings, and uploaded photos.
Your authentication record (Firebase Authentication account).

What we may retain

We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as transaction, billing, and tax records. These are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for any other purpose.

Processing time

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
