Standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Zodiac Life (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “App”) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out our published standards for preventing, detecting, and responding to CSAE across our App and services, in line with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and applicable laws.

1. Our Commitment

• We prohibit any content, conduct, or use of the App that sexualizes, abuses, endangers, or exploits children.
• We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any attempt to produce, store, share, solicit, or distribute it through the App.
• We prohibit grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any other form of child endangerment.

2. Compliance With Child Safety Laws

We comply with all applicable child safety and protection laws in the jurisdictions where the App operates, including the laws of India (such as the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000) and applicable international standards. Where the law requires, we report apparent CSAE and CSAM to the relevant authorities and preserve associated records.

3. Age of Use

The App is intended for adults and is not directed at children. Users must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, to create an account. We do not knowingly allow children to register or use the App, and we remove accounts that we determine belong to minors.

4. Preventing and Detecting CSAE

• Our Terms of Service and content policies explicitly prohibit CSAE and child-endangering content and conduct.
• We review reports of prohibited content and conduct and act on confirmed violations.
• We restrict, suspend, or permanently remove accounts involved in CSAE and preserve evidence as required by law.

5. How to Report CSAE

Anyone can report suspected CSAE or child-endangering content or behaviour:

• In the App: use the in-app support / report option to flag content or a user for review.
• By email: contact our child safety point of contact at support@zodiaclife.org.

We review all such reports promptly, take appropriate action against violating accounts, and escalate to law enforcement and relevant child-protection authorities where required.

6. Reporting to Authorities

When we identify apparent CSAM or CSAE, we act to remove it, disable the responsible accounts, and report to the appropriate authorities — for example, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement and child-protection agencies — as permitted or required by applicable law.
