This Privacy Policy explains how Zodiac Life (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “App”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and related services. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Account & profile: name, phone number, email address, gender, profile photo (avatar).
• Astrology details: date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and zodiac sign, used to generate horoscopes and consultations.
• Consultation content: messages and voice recordings you create during consultations, and photos you upload.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Authentication identifiers via Firebase Authentication (including Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, phone/OTP, and email sign-in).
• Diagnostics & crash data via Firebase Crashlytics (e.g., crash logs, device model, OS version, app version) to keep the App stable.
• Device permissions you grant: microphone (voice consultations), camera and photos (avatar/uploads), Bluetooth and audio settings (audio playback/recording), and network state.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To provide astrology readings, consultations, the shop, and subscriptions.
• To process payments and deliver purchased services.
• To improve, debug, and secure the App (crash diagnostics and analytics).
• To communicate with you about your account, bookings, and support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

4. Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain certain records (e.g., transaction/tax records) to comply with law.

5. Your Rights & Choices

• Access & correction: view and edit your profile in the App.
• Account deletion: request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see our Account Deletion page.
• Permissions: revoke camera, microphone, or other permissions in your device settings.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, authenticated access) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for adults. Users must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us at support@zodiaclife.org and we will delete it.

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. See our Child Safety Standards for how we prevent, detect, and report it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
